Try These Spicy Dirty Martini Olives For A Thanksgiving App
A recipe from Elizabeth Van Lierde's *Happy Hour at Home* for pitted green olives stuffed with goat cheese that's been smashed with a splash of gin, then tossed with orange and lemon zest, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, garlic, rosemary, and cubes of Gouda in olive oil. They work either as a bar-style snack with crackers or bread or as skewered garnishes for a dirty martini, and they keep refrigerated for up to two weeks. The one variation offered is swapping in blue cheese for the goat cheese.
